This treatment is safe for all skin types and is usually done is a series of 4 treatments, about a month apart. After each treatment, your skin will be slightly red for 3-7 days, depending upon how aggressive the treatment was. You may experience some slight swelling and/or crusting or sloughing of the dead skin cells.
